Jim Reedy
FounderJim Reedy came to Memphis from East Tennessee on a football scholarship from the University of Memphis. Jim studied real estate and began his career in the field while still attending college. The concept for Memphis Investment Properties came from Jim’s personal experience investing in local Memphis property. What began as a personal investment strategy has grown into a multi-million dollar operation with clients all over the globe. Over the years Jim has become an expert at locating, buying, renovation and managing property for himself as well as the investor clients.

Debi Reedy
Principal Broker & Co Owner of Reedy & CompanyDebi Reedy, a native Memphian, studied advertising at the University of Memphis where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She co-founded Reedy & Company with Jim in 1985. Debi is the Principal Broker for Reedy & Company and has built an ever-expanding real estate investment firm with Jim that has investors from coast to coast.

Brad Reedy
Operations CoordinatorBrad graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2010 with a degree in Finance & Economics. Brad has been around the business all his life and he has quickly become a vital part of the day to day operations not only on the management side of the business but also on the investment side as well.

Jay Reedy
Operations DirectorJay Reedy graduated from the University of Memphis in 2010 with a Major in Spanish and a minor in Business. Jay has many responsibilities while helping run a family owned business with his parents and his brother. His ability to speak fluent Spanish is very useful when translating for Hispanic tenants and clients.

Tracy Johnson
Accounting/BookkeepingTracy Johnson joined Memphis Investment Properties in 2005. Originally from Jackson, TN, Tracy came to Memphis to attend the University of Memphis where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication. Tracy has been with the company for several years managing all of the books and accounting for the company.

Deon Elliott
Business Development ManagerDeon joined Memphis Investment Properties in February 2012. His role as Business Development Manager is to develop, manage and grow further channels within the Southeast Asian, Australian, South African and New Zealand markets where he has over 20 years of experience in the sale and marketing of investment property. Deon is a Certified Financial Advisor (Australia) and holds a full Australian Real Estate License. He completed his higher education with a Master of Business Administration majoring in General Management. Deon is fluent in English, Afrikaans and Zulu.
